FluxExpert is an electronics retailer based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. We sell computer accessories, mobile accessories, audio equipment, gaming peripherals, charging hardware, and related technology products (the “Products”)to customers in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

6. Compatibility & Intended Use
It is your responsibility to confirm that a Product is compatible with your devices before ordering. This includes, without limitation:
- Device model, operating system, and connector or port type;
- Wireless standards and pairing requirements;
- Charging standards, wattage, and cable requirements; and
- Plug type and electrical voltage. Certain Products are supplied with plug configurations intended for regions other than North America and may require a plug adapter. Where this applies, it is noted on the Product page.

7. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations
Your order is considered accepted when we charge your payment method or ship the Products. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicion of unauthorized activity.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated. Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/QST) will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For orders shipped outside Canada, you are the importer of record and may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us and are not within our control.
9. Payment
By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge the full amount of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor over an encrypted connection and are not stored on our servers.
10. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Once we hand over your package to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our full Shipping Policy for delivery details.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Products may be returned within the period set out in our Return & Refund Policy, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase from FluxExpert. Please consult that policy for full eligibility criteria, procedures, and exclusions.
12. Manufacturer Warranties
Products are covered by the warranty offered by their respective manufacturer. Warranty terms, duration, and claim procedures are set by the manufacturer and vary by brand and product. FluxExpert does not provide an independent warranty beyond the manufacturer’s, and does not extend, alter, or assume the manufacturer’s warranty obligations. We are, however, happy to assist you in initiating a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or legal guarantee you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
13. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant FluxExpert a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing or other lawful purposes. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit such content.
14. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Trademarks
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and page designs, is the property of FluxExpert and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belonging to manufacturers whose products we sell remain the property of their respective owners. They are used on this Site solely to identify the Products we offer. FluxExpert is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these manufacturers unless expressly stated.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxExpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to or loss of data on devices used with our Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Québec, Canada.
